This voucher is valid from 3rd February 2025 until 31st March 2025.

- All vouchers must be booked in advance. Reservations are subject to availability, please check the validity of your voucher before making your booking online. When completing your reservation, please add the unique voucher reference to the special note section.
- Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays, such as Christmas Day, New Year's Day or other promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's/Father’s Day and Easter Weekend.
- Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smart phone).
- All Lucky Cat Bishopsgate vouchers purchased during the Boxing Day and Winter Sale 2025 are valid from the 3rd of Februart 2025 until 31st of March 2025, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated validity period.
- Menu prices, masterclasses and experience rates are subject to seasonal change. Should the price of the menu or experience differ to the purchase price at the time of dining, the monetary equivalent to the original price paid will be used toward the final bill.
- Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in the UK. Purchases made are not refundable in cash and the full monetary value must be used by the given experation date.
- Vouchers purchased for experiences can be exchanged for goods and services up to the value of that experience.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or government incentive.
- Experience bookings that require deposit will be refunded on the day or used towards the final bill.
- All Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers are to be redeemed in UK only, with the exception of Gordon Ramsay Burger at Harrods which is exempt.
- All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only. Please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail first class delivery
- All vouchers, where applicable, include a cover charge, however any items ordered in addition to the experience e.g. drinks or side dishes, are not included and will be payable on the day. A 15% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your experience or meal on the day.
- Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
