This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

- All vouchers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact our experience team on: experiences@gordonramsay.com to reserve your place.
- When completing your reservation, please add the unique voucher reference to the special note section.
- Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays, such as Christmas Day, New Year's Day or other promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's/Father’s Day and Easter Weekend.
- Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smartphone).
- All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 12-month validity period.
- Menu prices, masterclasses and experience rates are subject to seasonal change. Should the price of the menu or experience differ to the purchase price at the time of dining, the monetary equivalent to the original price paid will be used toward the final bill.
- Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in the UK (excluding Gordon Ramsay Burger at Harrods & Hell's Kitchen London). Purchases made are not refundable in cash and the full monetary value must be used by the given expiration date.
- Vouchers purchased for experiences can be exchanged for goods and services up to the value of that experience.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or government incentive.
- Experience bookings that require deposit will be refunded on the day or used towards the final bill.
- All Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers can be redeemed in UK venues only, with the exception of Gordon Ramsay Burger at Harrods & Hell's Kitchen London which are exempt.
- All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only. Please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail first class delivery
- All vouchers, where applicable, include a cover charge, however any items ordered in addition to the experience e.g. drinks or side dishes, are not included and will be payable on the day. A 15% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your experience or meal on the day.
- Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- All Vouchers purchased from us are issued solely for personal use by You or the intended recipient. Vouchers may not be sold, resold, transferred for commercial gain, or made available for auction or promotional purposes (including without limitation through any third-party or unrelated auction houses, ticketing platforms, or resale websites).
Any Voucher found to have been resold or used in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund, and the holder may be refused service.
